Refund Policy

Because every basket is custom curated, orders are non-refundable once assembly begins.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will replace it or issue partial credit.

Refunds approved at our discretion are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
